Welcome to Great Ashley Farm. We offer charming bed and breakfast accommodation and two private shepherds huts in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. 

Whether you choose one of our spacious and comfortable guest rooms or one of our shepherds huts, they all have everything you need for a memorable stay. You can expect lovely soft furnishings, stylish decor, ensuite shower rooms and a private entrance that lets you enjoy your own space or time together with your partner, family or friends.

We are surrounded by stunning countryside abundant with wildlife right in the heart of Wiltshire. Furthermore, we are only 10 miles from the stunning city of Bath and 1 mile from our beautiful home town of Bradford on Avon.

National Trust properties, Stonehenge, and the rolling landscapes of the Cotswolds are all within easy reach, making us an ideal base for exploring the South West.

Breakfast at Great Ashley Farm is a celebration of local produce. Bacon and sausages are bought locally from Sandridge Farm, Bromham & Home Farm, South Wraxall supply our fantastic organic eggs.  We buy our preserves from Rose Farm in Wedmore, Somerset with their three fruit marmalade being a firm favourite with guests. Furthermore, we are very proud to have our own Great Ashley Farm Honey harvested from the bees in our woodland. 

If you like fruit in the mornings then why not try one our fruit compotes, delicious with creamy yoghurt. There are plenty of cereals, granola and homemade Great Ashley Farm Muesli,  ideal for guests looking for a Gluten Free option.

Here at Great Ashley farm, you can choose from our Bed & Breakfast with the choice of 2 separate bedrooms or one of our Shepherds Huts located in the same private grounds.

You’ll find Great Ashley Farm is located in the beautiful village of Great Ashley. This village sits just a few minutes away from the centre of Bradford On Avon and 15 minutes from the City of Bath.

Yes, we provide free on-site parking for all guests at Great Ashley Farm.

Yes, both bedroom suites have en-suite bathrooms, and the shepherd’s hut have there own private facilities, including an en-suite bathroom and shower.

A delicious farmhouse Wiltshire breakfast is included when you book one of our bed and breakfast suites. Guests staying in the shepherd’s hut can also enjoy breakfast but this must be made on request.

Wifi is free for all bed and breakfast guests staying in our bedroom suites. Currently, wifi is not available at our shepherds huts.

The City of Bath is exactly 7.5 miles from Great Ashley Farm.

Pets are not permitted at Great Ashley Farm. As we are a working farm with livestock on site, this helps us ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our animals, as well as a peaceful stay for our guests.

Please note that we welcome guests aged 16 years and over. As a peaceful countryside retreat, Great Ashley Farm is designed for adults looking to relax and enjoy the quiet rural setting
